Innovative molecular imaging solutions to enhance Associated X-Ray services
Indianapolis, IN
To further enhance their suite of best-of-breed products, Associated X-Ray has added a new company to their portfolio: Naviscan. Located and manufactured in San Diego, California, Naviscan uses molecular imaging (radiotracers and radioisotopes) to identify and mark tumors in the breast and is used most often for pre-surgical planning. This particular type of technology, known as PEM or positron emission mammography, is used to see the full extent of cancer within the breast.
“We’re extremely proud to welcome Naviscan to our suite of innovative imaging products,” said Pete Davis, CEO of Associated X-Ray. “Our clients will truly benefit from this new partnership with a company that provides such innovative and award-winning technology.”
To maximize the efficiency of potential clients, Associated X-Ray will be highlighting the Naviscan products to hospitals and imaging centers which have high volumes of mammography, dedicated breast surgeons, and nuclear medicine expertise.
